Technical features of ll-mt seal ring

1. The combination of patented "semi continuous" structure skeleton design and lip rubber sealing ring realizes the excellent performance of anti extrusion + high pressure sealing + low insertion force + high flexibility.

2. "Semi continuous" skeleton rib plate 1 and rubber seal ring 2 are injection molded. When the medium fluid applies axial pressure to the seal ring, the plastic skeleton rib plate keeps the seal ring in place under the action of the reverse force of the socket of the pipe fitting and fits closely with the bell cover of the pipe fitting. Due to the rigidity of the skeleton, it is conducive to resisting the radial pressure generated by the fluid and preventing the extrusion of the seal ring.

Ll-ms sealing ring technology         

1. The combination of "circumferential intermittent" metal serrated locking block and rubber sealing ring is adopted. The shape of the combined sealing ring is consistent with the shape of the pipe socket section. Under the axial pressure of water flow pressure, the ll-ms sealing ring makes the socket pipe section closely bite with the socket pipe, which solves the explosion of the pipe joint caused by the change of pipe diameter, the height difference of the pipe, the change of water flow direction and the change of valve switching state.

The precision machined serrated metal locking block is injection molded with rubber, and the special combination structure makes the two materials closely embedded together to form a good combination of sealing and clamping functions.
