PVC-U pipes for building drainage

PVC-U pipes and fittings for building drainage are made of PVC resin as the main raw material, adding appropriate amount of additives, and processed by mixing, extrusion injection molding and other processes. Mainly used for construction drainage, domestic wastewater, sewage discharge, municipal engineering and various wastewater discharge systems of factories, mines and enterprises. Among them, the PVC-U spiral muffler pipe is the pipe material of the drainage riser. It cooperates with the muffler tee to form a single riser drainage pipeline system. The smooth air column of the stroke can reduce the noise of the duct system. Our company has newly launched H pipe, which can drain and exhaust at the same time.

Compared with traditional cast iron drainage pipes, PVC-U building drainage pipes have the following characteristics:

1. Light in weight, its density is 1/5 to 1/6 of that of cast iron pipes. It not only facilitates handling and construction, but also reduces material costs and reduces the load-bearing of buildings.

2. The inner wall is smooth, no scaling, the water flow is smooth, and it is not easy to block.

3. Good corrosion resistance, no rust, no need for anti-corrosion treatment, and its service life is more than 4 times that of cast iron pipes.

4. It has good tensile and impact strength.

5. Adhesive connection, good sealing, suitable for open or dark installation.

6. Good flame retardancy, oxygen index above 46.

7. Good heat resistance, Vicat softening temperature above 70℃.

8. Spiral muffler has good noise reduction performance.

Length: generally 4 meters, 6 meters, can also be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand sides.

Execution standard: pipes and fittings can be in accordance with GB/T5836.1-2006 "Rigid Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC-U) Pipe for Building Drainage" and GB/T5836.2-2006 "Rigid Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC-U) Pipe for Building Drainage" U) Pipe Fittings" standard production.
